Since 1993, the Graand Kinetic Challenge has been held on the 3rd weekend of July in Corvallis, Oregon. This fabulous event hosts teams from up and down the West Coast. Putting on this iconic event is no small feat and involves the contributions of a small army of volunteers. This position is for the well-organized individual who can help us get the message out to the public at large to pull it all off.
The social media & web coordinator will work with our volunteer planning committee to put together regularly scheduled social media posts and help us generate new content as we migrate our website to WordPress. You will work with our in-person marketing gurus to put out the word for spectators, racers, and volunteers.
Planning meetings are held bi-weekly in various locations around Corvallis but virtual attendance is ok. We hope you will join us to help keep this Corvallis institution going!

da Vinci Days' GRAAND KINETIC CHALLENGE happens (with your help) every 3rd weekend in July! For the Fun Of It! Join our race of human-powered, pedal-pushed, kinetic art sculpture vehicles as they challenge their art & engineering talents to move their machines over land, sand, mud, and water during the 2-day event.
