ORGANIZATION: Better Living Initiatives Global (BLI Global)

Description :

The Programs and Partnership Intern will play a vital role in supporting the development and execution of strategic initiatives within our organization. Collaborating closely with the programs and partnership team, you will gain hands-on experience in coordinating events, managing outreach efforts, and fostering relationships with key stakeholders.

*Please note that this is an unpaid internship*

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting in Program Development:
    • Collaborate with the team to contribute to the planning, implementation, and evaluation of various programs and initiatives. This involves researching relevant topics, drafting program outlines, and supporting the logistical aspects of program execution.
  • Partnership Support:
    • Work closely with the partnership team to identify, reach out to, and maintain relationships with potential collaborators, sponsors, governments, and stakeholders. This may involve drafting communication materials, participating in meetings, and ensuring effective communication between the organization and its partners.
  • Event Coordination:
    • Assist in the coordination of events, workshops, and meetings related to programs and partnerships. This includes logistical planning, managing invitations, coordinating materials, and providing on-site support during events.
  • Data Management and Analysis:
    • Maintain organized databases of program and partnership-related information. Analyze data, track key performance indicators, and generate reports to evaluate the effectiveness of programs and partnerships, providing insights for future improvements.
  • Administrative Support:
    • Provide general administrative support to the programs and partnership team, such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling documentation. This ensures smooth day-to-day operations within the department.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
  • Familiarity with relevant tools and technologies (Canva, Google Drive, etc.)
