BFM is seeking a skilled and creative Multimedia Creative Content Volunteer Lead to support the BFM Creative Content Team by helping guide and coordinate content creation projects. This role is ideal for individuals with expertise in graphic design, video editing, and multimedia content creation, along with experience creating inspirational reels and short-form videos using tools like CapCut, Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and other creative software. The volunteer lead will assist with organizing team efforts and contribute directly to the production of impactful visual and video content for social media and ministry campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Creative Content Team to plan and develop high-quality graphics, branding assets, and promotional materials for BFM’s social media, website, and marketing campaigns.

• Edit and produce video content, including inspirational reels, short-form videos, and promotional campaigns.

• Create motion graphics and engaging reels using CapCut and other editing tools for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.

• Develop visual content templates using Canva for consistent branding across all platforms.

• Assist with quality control by reviewing and providing feedback on team-created assets to ensure they align with BFM’s brand standards.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to implement content strategies that enhance digital engagement and outreach.

• Stay up to date with design trends, social media algorithms, and video editing techniques to keep content fresh and impactful.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in graphic design, video editing, and content creation for digital platforms.

• Proficiency in CapCut, Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and other creative tools.

• Strong eye for design, branding, typography, and visual storytelling.

• Experience creating inspirational reels, motion graphics, and short-form videos for social media.

• Ability to coordinate with team members and contribute to group projects efficiently.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

• Passion for BFM’s mission and a commitment to using creative talents to advance the Kingdom of God.

Time Commitment & Availability:

• Remote volunteer leadership role requiring approximately 8-12 hours per week, depending on project needs.

• Availability for team collaboration meetings and content planning sessions as needed.

• Ability to review and provide feedback on creative content from team members.
