As Rainbow City Performing Arts’ Volunteer Program Coordinator, you’ll be joining a team that thrives on celebrating diversity, fostering inclusion, and amplifying voices through the power of music. What You’ll DoThis role puts you front and center in our community. You’ll recruit and onboard volunteers, ensuring every person feels welcomed, supported, and connected. You’ll match individuals to roles that align with their talents and interests, create meaningful engagement opportunities, and help maintain a culture where everyone is encouraged to shine. You’ll also master the tools we provide to track volunteer contributions, coordinate with staff, and keep everything running smoothly.

You leverage excellent communication and organizational skills to bring people together. Whether you’re coordinating schedules, solving challenges, or ensuring volunteers have a positive experience, you approach every task with enthusiasm and care. Experience with volunteer management or software is a huge plus, but what matters most is your commitment to Rainbow City’s mission and values.
The Support You’ll HaveWe’ll provide training in volunteer management software, guidance from our Executive Director, and collaborative support from our Governance & Personnel Committee. At Rainbow City, we work as a team to ensure our goals are met and our mission thrives.
