Are you passionate about cooking and eager to share your knowledge with the next generation? We’re looking for skilled and enthusiastic individuals to volunteer as guest speakers for our Youth Life Skills Workshop series focused on Professional Cooking and Culinary Arts.
Our goal is to expose young people to exciting careers in the culinary industry-encouraging them to explore their creativity, build confidence in the kitchen, and learn about the many pathways within food service and hospitality.
If you have experience in professional cooking, culinary education, restaurant management, or any area of the food industry, we’d love for you to share your journey and expertise with our motivated youth.
Workshops are held in person on Sundays in Plano, TX, and run for a minimum of two hours. Our audience consists of middle and high school students, ages 12-18. As a speaker, you’ll work closely with our Executive Director to create a fun, hands-on, and engaging workshop that leaves a lasting impact.
We’d love to connect and plan this workshop with you-and if you have access to a kitchen or culinary space where we can host the session, that would be even better!
