You'll work with real estate data sets. Responsibilities include converting PDFs and other non-CSV files into CSV format, normalizing data, matching records, and mapping data for analysis. Ideal candidates are comfortable with data processing, have good spreadsheet skills, and are passionate about supporting affordable housing. Flexible hours, and all remote work.

Mission Statement
Provide emergency shelter & support services, transitional housing to individuals & families that have an immediate need. Acquire real estate for rehabing, & building low-income affordable housing. Facilitate vocational training programs that empower marginalized individuals including: Veterans, Native Americans, Homeless, LGBTQ, Minorities, Women, Disabled Persons, and those with Mental Disabilities, & Substance Abuse issues. Promote education & awareness initiatives aimed at addressing the root causes of homelessness & to implement sustainable solutions to alleviate homelessness Provide a special focus on the placement of women with children into safe spaces, provide them with housing, access to services & employment opportunities. Reduce recidivism rates by offering reentry services, educational programs, vocational training, & addiction recovery support.
