Friendly, courteous volunteers with great customer service skills needed to greet arriving blood donors at our blood drives. Greet and thank donors, help manage an appointment sheet and answer basic questions on drive times.
Vitalant is a nonprofit organization that provides lifesaving services to millions of people across the nation. In Winnemucca, we host blood drives to help collect much-needed blood. We rely on volunteers to help make sure the day goes smoothly. This is a great opportunity for high school volunteers ages 16 years+, college students, retirees, or anyone with availability in the afternoons.

Vitalant (Vye-TAL-ent) is the nation's largest independent, nonprofit blood services provider exclusively focused on providing lifesaving blood and comprehensive transfusion medicine services for about 900 hospitals and their patients across the US. Every day, Vitalant needs to collect about 5,300 blood, platelet and plasma donations to help save lives.
