Plant Palooza Day 1 - Tulip Pulling at President's Park

Volunteers are needed to help pull tulip bulbs in gardens around President's Park in Lafayette and Sherman Park to prepare beds for summer plants. Volunteers will use equipment provided by The White House and President's Park. This opportunity is from 8:30am-12:30pm. There are no prior skills required. Volunteers must be able to stand continuously for the four-hour period and complete the physical activity involved with tulip pulling. Volunteers should wear comfortable clothes and shoes, appropriate for the activities and weather. The event date is subject to change depending on weather.
