Position Summary

Jubilee Healing Farm seeks a passionate and organized Volunteer Coordinator to recruit, train, and support volunteers at our community garden. This role ensures volunteers have a meaningful and productive experience while contributing to the farm’s mission of healing and community connection.

• Recruit, schedule, and orient volunteers for farm activities

• Communicate tasks, goals, and farm guidelines clearly to volunteers

• Collaborate with farm staff to identify seasonal needs and projects

• Maintain volunteer records and track hours

• Foster a welcoming, inclusive environment for all participants

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Experience coordinating volunteers or working in community settings

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Comfort working outdoors in various weather conditions
