Recruitment Supervisor (Volunteer/Remote)

**This is an unpaid volunteer position
Responsibilities And What You Will Do:
Supervises a team of HR interviewers and recruiters.
Provides leadership, support, advocacy and vision to recruiters and support staff
Develops new strategies and programs to attract candidates.
Works with the onboarding team to bring in new volunteers.
Works closely with recruiting the manager and other HR supervisors to share best practices, provide assistance on critical needs and coordinate on national-level initiatives.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Recruits, interviews, hires, and trains new staff.
Oversees the daily workflow of the department.
Attend weekly management and departmental meetings, and biweekly all staff meetings.
Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations.
Here’s what we’re looking for:
Must be available to volunteer 10+ hours a week
Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field a plus.
Proven experience supervising and mentoring a team of recruiters or HR professionals, providing clear direction, motivation, and support.
Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively with onboarding teams, recruitment managers, and other HR supervisors to align recruitment efforts and share best practices.
Hands-on experience in full-cycle recruitment including interviewing, hiring, training, and performance evaluation of staff.
Exceptional organizational and communication skills to manage departmental workflows and attend regular meetings at both management and team levels.
A commitment to fostering a supportive, efficient, and inclusive recruitment process.
Flexibility to take on additional responsibilities as needed in a dynamic HR environment.
