Job Title: Volunteer WordPress Developer (Salesforce NPSP, GiveButter, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and WooCommerce Integrations)

Location: Remote

Position Type: Volunteer, Part-Time (Flexible Hours, minimum 5-10h/week)

We’re seeking an experienced WordPress Developer to help integrate key tools like Salesforce NPSP, GiveButter, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and WooCommerce, ensuring our site functions smoothly and supports our mission-driven operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Integrate WordPress with platforms such as Salesforce NPSP (Nonprofit Success Pack), GiveButter, WooCommerce, and others.

Ensure seamless data flow between WordPress and third-party platforms to support donations, CRM management, and eCommerce.

Collaborate with our internal team to troubleshoot and optimize existing integrations.

Implement user-friendly, secure, and responsive design/functionality improvements when needed.

Support general site maintenance, plugin updates, and performance optimization.

Requirements:

Proficient in WordPress development (custom themes, plugins, functions).

Experience integrating WordPress with:

Salesforce NPSP (Nonprofit Success Pack)

GiveButter

WooCommerce (including customization and optimization)

Google Ads

Google Analytics

Strong knowledge of PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and REST APIs.

Understanding of nonprofit CRM and donor management workflows.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Ability to take agency.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with site performance optimization and SEO best practices.

Familiarity with other nonprofit tools and platforms.

Knowledge of data privacy and security best practices.

Design sensibility and understanding of UX principles.
