The Office Assistant will play a vital role in assisting the Volunteer Manager with office tasks. As a volunteer, the assistant will expand the Chapter’s capacity and provide critical support to Chapter staff.

Key Responsibilities: Assist the Office Staff with basic office duties

  • Assist with mailing, filing, copying, sorting, or collaboration projects
  • Assist with special project support for Volunteer initiatives, Walk events and other large scale special events
  • Some database computer work may be required on occasion
  • On call for special projects - 2 hours - Monday - Friday, hours of operation 9am-3pm
  • Virtual projects for home - making encouragement calls to event participants, scripted
