Role Description:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Community Outreach Coordinator to join our team on a volunteer basis. The Community Outreach Coordinator will play a crucial role in expanding our reach, strengthening community relationships, and increasing engagement with key stakeholders. This position is remote, allowing you to contribute from anywhere.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement community outreach strategies to promote SelfSoulLiberate’s mission and programs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with community organizations, local leaders, and stakeholders.
  • Organize and coordinate outreach events, workshops, and initiatives to enhance awareness of mental health resources.
  • Act as a representative for SelfSoulLiberate at community events, meetings, and partnerships.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to identify outreach opportunities and expand program participation.
  • Assist in the creation of outreach materials, including social media content, flyers, and newsletters.
  • Engage in fundraising efforts, including donor outreach and community-driven fundraising campaigns.
  • Gather feedback from community members and partners to improve outreach efforts and programming.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in community outreach, public relations, or nonprofit engagement.
  • Strong knowledge of mental health issues and a commitment to promoting mental well-being.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain meaningful relationships with diverse communities.
  • Self-motivated, with strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Comfortable speaking publicly and representing the organization in various settings.
  • Passion for SelfSoulLiberate’s mission and core values.
