Oxon Cove Park Potomac River Cleanup

Save to Favorites

ORGANIZATION: National Park Service

  • A group opportunity. Invite your friends.

You got this covered.

The Potomac Conservancy needs you to help get rid of garbage from Oxon Cove Park on May 17! A brand-new trail and bridge were recently reopened to the public, and the long time this area was closed means tons of trash had the chance to gather in it.

Meet Conservancy leaders at the Oxon Hil Farm parking lot at 9:00 AM before walking down to the cove-side trail. All supplies will be provided, but please wear sturdy footwear for the short hike down.

Sign up to join this event today, and make sure to complete the Conservancy's online waiver to secure your attendance!
