Are you detail-oriented and passionate about helping others? Friends Resale Boutique in Chandler is open Tuesday - Saturday from 10 AM - 2 PM. We are looking for dedicated volunteers to provide support in our retail shop. The Boutique Sales Associate will assist with customer service, display preparation, cashiering, and processing donations.
We are looking for people with:
- Attention to detail
- Willingness to learn new things
- Ability to follow directions and work independently
- Friendly, open demeanor
- Customer service or retail experience
- Enjoy cleaning and organizing
- Comfortable using basic technology
- Bonus skills like Spanish, social media, marketing, merchandising, and a knowledge of purses & jewelry
We would love to have some new volunteers join our team for a regular shift one day each week for 2 - 4 hours. A few hours a week makes a tremendous difference! All the proceeds from Friends Resale Boutique benefit Clothes Cabin, which provides free clothing, shoes, and linens to people in need.

Our mission at One Small Step is that no person or family within our service area lacks the clothing they need to secure employment, maintain a healthy and hygienic life, and be socially accepted.
Description
Clothes Cabin provides free clothing, shoes, and household linens to low income individuals and families. Clothes Cabin also conducts a back to work program to provide steel-toed work boots to men who require them for employment and a free laundry service and showers to our homeless clients. The services offered here at Clothes Cabin are not offered by any other organization in the area. Our residents have no other resource dedicated to providing the services we offer without the burden of costs they just cannot bear. Clothes Cabin has removed as many barriers to these services as possible, desiring to help all people in need with free resources.
