Essential Responsibilities

• Facility Cleaning - Sweep, mop, vacuum, and disinfect common areas and offices

• Restroom Sanitation - Clean and restock restrooms to ensure hygiene

• Trash Removal - Empty and properly dispose of waste and recyclables

• Surface Disinfection - Wipe down tables, desks, and countertops

• Dusting & Windows - Maintain clear, dust-free surfaces and windows

• Supply Management - Restock cleaning supplies and report needs

What You’ll Bring

• Previous janitorial or cleaning experience is a plus but not required

• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team

• Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform repetitive movements

• Knowledge of safe cleaning techniques is helpful

• Minimum age: 18 years

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness

• Team-oriented mindset and commitment to Rawhide’s mission

• Ability to pass a background check

Work Environment

• Indoor work in offices, restrooms, and common areas

• Exposure to cleaning chemicals (protective gear provided as needed)

• Physical demands include lifting, bending, and extended periods of standing

Time Commitment & Schedule: Flexible scheduling between 7 a.m.-3:30 p.m., Monday-Friday, based on availability.
