Essential Responsibilities

• Greet Visitors - Welcome guests, staff, and volunteers in a friendly and professional manner

• Monitor Access - Control facility entry through the front gate, ensuring proper security measures

• Verify Credentials - Check visitor appointments or identification as needed

• Provide Information - Offer directions and guidance about the campus when required

• Track Entries - Maintain a log of visitors and deliveries

• Communicate Updates - Notify staff of visitor arrivals and gate-related matters

What You’ll Bring

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to handle situations calmly and professionally

• Previous experience in customer service, security, or similar roles is a plus but not required

• Minimum age: 18 years

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Team-oriented mindset and commitment to Rawhide’s mission

• Ability to pass a background check

• Exposure to various weather conditions (e.g., heat, cold, rain, wind)

Time Commitment & Schedule: Flexible scheduling between 8a.m.-4:30 p.m., Monday-Friday, on an as-needed basis
