Support Rawhide Youth Services by assisting in the preparation, serving, and cleanup of meals for youth and staff. Your role helps create a welcoming and nourishing environment that promotes health, connection, and positive experiences within our community.

Essential Responsibilities

• Help Prepare Food - Assist with chopping, portioning ingredients, and meal prep

• Serve with a Smile - Provide meals in a friendly and respectful manner

• Maintain Cleanliness - Wash dishes, sanitize surfaces, and follow food safety rules

• Stay Organized - Keep supplies stocked and report low inventory

• Support Equipment Maintenance - Help maintain fryers, ovens, and shelving

• Create a Positive Dining Experience - Work with the team to ensure a welcoming atmosphere

What You’ll Bring

• Basic food prep knowledge is helpful but not required (training provided)

• Reliability and the ability to follow instructions

• Minimum age: 18 years

• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Strong communication and teamwork abilities

• A commitment to Rawhide’s mission

• Ability to pass a background check

Location: New London, WI

Department: Food Service

Work Environment

• Kitchen and dining area with exposure to heat and cooking equipment

• Standing for long periods; occasional lifting up to 25 pounds

• Follow health and safety protocols, including PPE as needed

Time Commitment & Schedule: Flexible scheduling between 7 a.m.-3 p.m., Monday-Friday
