Essential Responsibilities

• Keep Operations Running - Repair plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC systems so daily life runs smoothly

• Ensure Safety - Inspect facilities, fix issues quickly, and create a secure environment

• Stay Prepared - Organize tools, supplies, and workspaces to ensure every job gets done efficiently

• Support Events - Help set up and take down events that support our programs

• Show You Care - Every repair, fresh coat of paint, and cleared walkway reminds youth they are valued

What You’ll Bring

• Experience with basic maintenance tasks

• A willingness to lend a hand and problem-solve

• Physical ability to complete tasks like lifting and standing

Work Environment

• Outdoor work in various weather conditions (e.g., heat, cold, rain, wind)

• Physical demands include lifting up to 50 pounds and repetitive movements

Time Commitment & Schedule: Flexible scheduling between 7 a.m.-3:30 p.m., Monday-Friday
