Sign up to volunteer at the 2025 Ballard SeafoodFest on July 11- 13!
SeafoodFest began in 1974 as a community celebration of Ballard’s historic connection to the fishing industry and the neighborhood’s Nordic roots. Today, this three-day festival attracts more than 75,000 people who come to enjoy the traditional salmon barbecue and much more: local music, arts and crafts, family entertainment, a beer and cocktail garden, a skateboarding event, and yes - lots of seafood!
This free festival is made possible each year through the dedication of our team of volunteers. All the proceeds from Ballard SeafoodFest are directly reinvested into the Ballard community through the programs, resources, projects, and events produced by the Ballard Alliance. Your help during the 2025 event will have lasting effects throughout the coming year.
Volunteer sign-ups are live on our website: https://www.seafoodfest.org/volunteer
There are a wide variety of positions and times to accommodate your schedule and each shift comes with a complementary applewood-smoked salmon BBQ dinner, more fun you have ever had while working, and the neighborhood’s unwavering appreciation.
For questions about volunteering, please contact our Volunteer Coordinator, Wren Wilson, at Wren@BallardAlliance.com
