We Are LCV (Lesbian Creatives Visibility) is calling on lesbians, queer, and sapphic women in Montreal and Toronto to join our growing movement! We’re looking for passionate individuals who want to help spread the word, share our surveys, and amplify our mission across their social media and communities - all remotely.
This is a unique opportunity to get involved at the ground level. Volunteers who actively support the movement will also be considered first for paid roles at future events and opportunities to showcase their talents (for lesbian creatives only).
You don’t have to be a lesbian to volunteer or attend our events - allies are welcome to support, share, and show up! However, our showcases and featured opportunities are proudly reserved for lesbian creatives.
If you're passionate about women supporting women, queer visibility, and building empowering spaces, we would love to have you on board!

We Are LCV (Lesbian Creatives Visibility) was founded to address the urgent need for greater representation, celebration, and support of lesbian creatives across industries. Born from the recognition that lesbian spaces and visibility are steadily declining, We Are LCV stands as a bold, dynamic movement dedicated to reclaiming and expanding that presence.
Our goals are to showcase the diversity and excellence of lesbian talent in fields such as dance, music, fashion, beauty, visual arts, and more. We organize events, workshops, and digital initiatives that foster community connection, provide professional opportunities, and challenge outdated stereotypes about lesbian identity and creativity.
Since our founding, we have successfully hosted high-impact events, brought together artists, entrepreneurs, and audiences, and built a platform that centers authentic representation. We are passionate about creating not just events, but ongoing spaces where lesbian creatives are recognized, celebrated, and supported to thrive.
Through innovation, collaboration, and visibility, We Are LCV is shaping a future where every lesbian creative knows their work matters - and the world knows it too.
