What You'll Do:
As a Fleet Specialist, you'll help manage the scheduling, maintenance, and overall coordination of our vehicle fleet. Your support ensures that our teams can respond to emergencies, support blood drives, and serve communities when they need us most.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure vehicles have up-to-date registration, insurance, and documentation
Assist with maintenance coordination through our partner vendor and local shops
Support regular inspections, light maintenance, and cleanliness
Track preventive maintenance schedules
Help onboard and train new authorized Red Cross drivers
Recommend improvements to keep our fleet running efficiently and safely
What We're Looking For:
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (MVR required )
Strong communication and organizational skills
Experience or interest in logistics , transportation, or vehicle maintenance
Willingness to follow public health and Red Cross safety protocols
DOT knowledge is a plus, but not required
Ability to work onsite at our Murray Red Cross Office in Fort Worth
Training Provided:
We’ll train you on Red Cross fleet standards and Department of Transportation guidelines. You’ll learn everything you need to confidently support our vehicles and teams.
