The Black Brilliance Gala is a night dedicated to celebrating the unsung heroes of our community - individuals who work tirelessly to uplift, empower, and inspire others. This powerful evening honors the heart and soul of our movement, and volunteers are an essential part of making it all possible. We invite you to join us and be part of this meaningful experience!

At Urban Triage, our mission is to foster Black liberation and empowerment through transformative education, leadership development, advocacy, and community engagement. We are committed to supporting the journey of self-discovery, healing, and collective action that leads to lasting change, expanded self-awareness, and sustainable freedom for Black families and communities.
Description
Urban Triage, Inc. is a Black-led, Black-centered nonprofit organization based in Madison, Wisconsin, dedicated to empowering and uplifting Black families and communities. Founded on the principles of transformational education, self-discovery, and community-led advocacy, Urban Triage provides programs, services, and leadership training that address housing insecurity, agricultural access, youth development, mental health, and cultural education. Through a trauma-informed framework, Urban Triage equips individuals with the tools to navigate systemic barriers, heal from generational trauma, and build sustainable, liberated lives. Our work is rooted in expanding self-awareness, cultivating leadership, and promoting collective action that drives real, lasting change.
