Description:
Join us for the 2025 Wild & Scenic Film Festival and help us create an unforgettable community event! This exciting outdoor festival features live music, delicious food, engaging community booths, and an inspiring lineup of films focused on environmental conservation and adventure.
We’re looking for dedicated volunteers to support our event in various roles, including setup, tabling, and engaging with attendees. This is a fantastic opportunity to connect with nature enthusiasts, make a difference, and enjoy the majestic surroundings of Foothill College.
Volunteer Shifts:
- 3:00 - 4:15 PM: Partner setup (assist with unloading materials, organizing tables, etc.).
- 4:30 - 7:00 PM: Tabling and engaging with attendees during the Community Fair.
- 7:00 - 9:00 PM: Support during the film screening and event wrap-up.
Event Highlights:
- Live music and food vendors.
- 20+ community booths featuring local organizations.
- Falconers and birds of prey demonstrations.
- Screening of award-winning environmental films (100 minutes, no intermission).
What We Provide:
- A table and two chairs (please note, this is an outdoor event, and no canopies are allowed).
- Detailed instructions, including parking and unloading logistics, will be emailed in early May.
