Responsibilities

We’re looking for a Remote Admin Assistant or Support Staff Volunteer who’s organized, dependable, and open to helping us build and grow the internal systems that will carry our work forward

    • Helping us organize our Google Drive folders, files, and internal docs
    • Calling clients to gather information and developing a resource plan
    • Helping us manage inboxes, basic scheduling, and file storage
    • Conducting research on potential partners, grants, digital resources, and best practices
    • Tracking to-do lists and progress across small tasks and project

This a partially position which requires ONE day a week Friday in the office located in Miami . Hours are 15 to 20 hours a week. Bilingual preferred but not mandatory.
