Are you excited to create a positive impact while having fun? Would you like to be part of the movement to combat hunger in an enjoyable and fulfilling manner? We’re seeking enthusiastic volunteers to join us on the 2nd and 4th Saturday of every month from 7 AM to noon. Get ready to roll up your sleeves and assist in packing food bags for those in need, as well as help load the bags into the vehicles of pantry visitors. We can't wait to welcome you to our team of HOPE’s Community Heroes!

Our Mission is to share the love of Christ and spread hope by providing material support to people in need across the world.
Description
We are a non-profit outreach ministry based in the Leon Valley area of San Antonio, Texas. We were founded in 2022 by Terry and Stacie Rivers. We operate a bi-monthly food pantry on the 2nd and 4th Saturdays of every month from 9am to 11am with no appointment needed. We operate yearly events including our Back to School Giveaway, Backpacks for the Houseless, Thanksgiving Giveaway and Christmas Adopt-a-Stocking Program. We have plans to expand our food pantry into the North Texas area soon. We are in the process of starting an Assistance Fund, H.O.P.E. Helping Others Pay Expenses. Our goal with this fund is to help anyone in need of paying expenses. This initiative is in the start-up phase, and we are only accepting donations at this time. We partner with multiple ministries and orphanages from around the globe to help them fundraise and spread hope to those in need around the world.
