Are you passionate about making people feel truly welcomed, valued, and at home? We are looking for a Director of Guest Services to help us create a warm, organized, and seamless experience for every guest who joins us - whether online or in person.
As the Director of Guest Services, you will lead a dynamic team of greeters, hosts, and hospitality volunteers, ensuring that every person who connects with us feels seen, loved, and eager to return!
Responsibilities:
Oversee and support the Guest Services team (greeters, chat hosts, hospitality, parking, etc.).
Train, schedule, and encourage volunteer teams.
Develop and refine guest follow-up processes.
Create a welcoming environment both online and onsite.
Manage connection cards, prayer requests, and next step follow-ups.
Collaborate with leadership to enhance the overall guest experience.
Gather feedback and continuously improve our hospitality approach.
Requirements:
Strong leadership and people skills.
Warm, friendly, and passionate about hospitality.
Organizational and communication skills.
Willingness to lead and serve others.
Experience in customer service, guest services, or volunteer coordination a plus.
Comfortable using basic technology (email, spreadsheets, simple church systems).
