Greater IMPACT Church is launching in the Severn, MD area with a clear mission: to Connect people to God and each other, Engage them in life-giving community and worship, and equip them to Serve our world with compassion. We are seeking passionate and dedicated individuals to form our foundational Core Team.

As a Core Team Member, you aren't just attending; you are actively building. You are a vital part of the initial group committed to establishing the culture, direction, and outreach of Greater IMPACT Church. You'll be among the first to champion our mission and values in the Severn community.

We are looking for individuals who:

• Resonate deeply with our mission to Connect, Engage, and Serve.
• Are committed followers of Jesus Christ, seeking to grow in their faith.
• Have a heart for the Severn community and a desire to see lives transformed.
• Are willing to invest their time, talents, and energy during this crucial launch phase.
• Possess a collaborative spirit and a positive, servant-hearted attitude.

Core Team Member Responsibilities:

• Connect: Actively participate in building a welcoming and authentic community. Intentionally build relationships and help others feel they belong.
• Engage: Consistently participate in worship gatherings and church activities. Use your unique gifts and skills to contribute to the life of the church. Be fully present and invested.
• Serve: Commit to serving regularly in a specific ministry area (e.g., welcome team, kids' ministry, tech, outreach, setup/teardown, etc.) based on your gifts and the church's needs. Be an ambassador for Greater IMPACT in the community.
• Foundational Support: Pray regularly for the church, its leaders, and the community. Attend Core Team meetings/huddles as scheduled. Provide constructive feedback and support the vision.
