Operation Grow Inc. is hosting our Third Annual Awards Gala: Celebration of Sustainability on Tuesday, June 3, 2025. We are asking for volunteers to encourage support for our programs by asking businesses to purchase Ads for our event Journal, corporations and businesses to choose from various sponsorship levels to support our various programs that provide great impacts in the community here in New Jersey. We would also like for folks to purchase tickets to attend.

Operation Grow Inc. is a Federally Tax-Exempt New Jersey Nonprofit based in East Orange, NJ Founded and operated by African American Women with proven track records in Education, Business, Civic Engagement, and Social Philanthropy. Our Vision is to be a One-Stop Nonprofit for Sustainability through Civic Engagement, Awareness, Service, Advocacy, and Philanthropy, as a pipeline to Prosperity, Progress, and Productivity. Our activities include Urban Farming, hosting a Youth Advisory Council, Service Learning, College and Career Prep Meet Ups, College Tours, Climate Action, Workshops, Workforce Development and Readiness, City Clean-ups, and EdCamps. Our Services focus on Underserved/frontline groups, At-risk groups, youth, minorities, women, families, children, and those affected by historical and societal inequalities.
