Description
The Volunteer program at Specialty Hospice Care, gives volunteers the opportunity to help patients and there families or facility at any time during patients care, scheduling visits with patients are flexible. Our Volunteer Program gives patients and their families the help they need as a part of our interdisciplinary care plan. Hospice volunteers are available to patients receiving care at home or in an assisted living/medical facility.
