Our mission is to empower pre-teen and teens in underrepresented communities through education and mentoring by providing workshops/sessions.
Description
Positive Impact: Washington Education & Mentor Services, Inc, is a 501c3 organization established and dedicated to helping youths ages 12-18 in Lancaster, Mecklenburg and surrounding counties offering services in the form of workshops and activities which focuses on life skills, self-esteem building, developing healthy relationships, mental health, college planning, career planning, time management, financial literacy, and conflict resolution. We are open to working with religious organizations throughout different communities to give participants a great deal of what they need to be successful young adults.

- This is a Done in a Day opportunity and there is no prior training or ongoing commitment needed.
- Must be at least 20
- If the volunteer is very good at organizing Facebook, it should only take a couple of days.
- I am looking for a volunteer who will have time to go through our Facebook page and organize it. Also, would speak with the Founder of the organization to show how to add other pictures.
