Passive Fundraising Coordinator

We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Passive Fundraising Coordinator
JOB SUMMARY
The Passive Fundraising Coordinator is a new role within Random Acts, reporting to the Assistant Fundraising Manager and the Fundraising Manager.
As a key contributor to our mission, the Passive Fundraising Coordinator enables the success of our fundraising initiatives by developing, executing, and managing various campaigns and donor relations programs. This position is ideal for individuals who are motivated by making a tangible impact, possess proven organizational and communication skills, and enjoy building meaningful relationships.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain and update current active Passive Fundraisers
Identify and research new Passive fundraising opportunities for both U.S. and international fundraising efforts
Collaborate with design and social media teams to promote fundraising initiatives
Develop and implement fundraising strategies
Communicate with supporters to answer questions about different fundraisers.
Develop a data system to store, update, and review the benefits of each campaign
Record supporter trends from purchases.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
Proven communication skills
Ability to research information and analyze data to arrive at valid conclusions, recommendations, and plans of action.
Strategic thinker with the ability to solve problems efficiently.
Demonstrated analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a fluid and rapidly changing environment.
Demonstrated knowledge and working experience with data manipulation tools.
Intermediate-level knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, G-Suite Applications, Excel/PivotTables, and other business intelligence/reporting applications or visual analytics.
Experience with CRMs is considered a plus.
This role requires remote working and an anticipated 3-5 hours per week.. Applicants must have regular and reliable access to the internet, as well as the motivation to dedicate their time to the organization.

Most of our roles are completely remote!
Random Acts inspires many amazing things around the world every day - from small acts of kindness, such as inspiring someone to buy a stranger a cup of coffee, to much bigger acts of kindness like building a school in San Juan del Sur, Nicaragua.
