A collaborative spirit and the ability to motivate a small team.
A keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple moving parts.
A genuine interest in supporting WAA's mission and community engagement.
Prior experience in project coordination or team leadership is a bonus, but not essential.

What You'll Gain:
Hands-on experience leading a project from start to finish.
Opportunity to develop your leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Valuable networking opportunities with presenters and community members.
