Become a Hospice Volunteer - Make Every Moment Matter
Do you have a caring heart and a few hours to give? Join us in bringing comfort, dignity, and companionship to those in their final journey of life.
At All Things Hospice, our volunteers are the heart of our mission. Whether you sit with a patient, hold a hand, share a story, or provide support to a family member, your presence makes a world of difference.
We are looking for compassionate individuals who will joyfully enhance the quality of life during a difficult time for our hospice patients.
Ways to Help:
Companionship & emotional support
Respite care for family members
Administrative assistance
Bereavement support
Pet therapy, music, or art activities (if you have a talent-share it!)
Tasks:
- Companionship (Reading, writing, music, caring touch)
- Socialization
- Meal Delivery
- Transportation
- Light Housekeeping
- Caregiver Respite
- Supportive presence
- Memory support
- Spiritual Support
- Massage, Beautification, & Complimentary Therapy (Cert Professional)
- Support at time of death
