Garfield Community Center in Seattle's vibrant Central District is hosting a Mothers Day themed clothing swap on Saturday, May 10th from 12-3pm! To make our event a success, we need volunteers to support us with check in, sorting and placing clothing donations, keeping clothing tidy, and helping participants find just the right thing. This event is open to everyone and does not require a clothing donation to participate.

Tasks Include:
Registering Donors and Participants
Helping Donors Get Clothes Set Out
Sorting Clothes by Size
Set Up and Clean Up

Volunteers must be 14+.

Description

Seattle Parks and Recreation - Central Recreation consists of Montlake, Miller, Garfield, Yesler, and Queen Anne Community Centers. In addition, Central Recreaion provides support for the new Belltown Community Center scheduled to open in June of 2012.
