Be paired with an older adult for weekly phone calls for a 6 month period. The mission of our program is to combat feelings of loneliness and social isolation within the older adult communities of the US by offering them the opportunity for connection from the comfort of their own home!

Description
We empower individuals to live connected and fulfilled lives through our Community Services Division. Front Porch’s Community Services Division designs and administers 6 programs addressing 3 social problems affecting older adults: food insecurity, unstable housing, and isolation & loneliness.
