• Develop and implement conversion optimization strategies to enhance user experience and increase engagement.
• Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns to maximize reach and effectiveness.
• (Optional) Assist with social media marketing on platforms such as X and Bluesky.
• Provide regular performance reports to management, analyzing key marketing metrics.
• Monitor advertising budgets to ensure efficient allocation of resources.
• Conduct data analysis to assess the effectiveness of marketing strategies and make recommendations for improvement.
• Stay updated on industry trends in affiliate marketing, web analytics, and digital advertising.

• Some prior exposure to digital marketing, conversion optimization, and ad management is beneficial.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Experience with budgeting for marketing campaigns is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
