Volunteer Boundary Surveyor, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Colebrook River Lake. Spend the summer hiking through the woods and enjoying the views of beautiful Colebrook River Lake. Work with us for one month, between May and mid-October 2025 as part of an effort to map and maintain project boundary lines. Responsibilities include walking boundaries to note the condition of blazes and location monuments, repairing or replacing carsonite posts, clearing vegetation, painting blazes and witness trees, and documenting findings on physical maps and GIS systems. Two positions are available and dates and times are flexible. The project is open Monday through Friday, from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm.
