We are looking for a talented and driven Lead Frontend Developer who is a React expert and passionate about crafting world-class user interfaces. This role is ideal for someone who not only excels in writing clean, maintainable code but can also translate complex design and product requirements into scalable frontend architecture. You’ll be leading a small team, owning the frontend stack, and working closely with product and backend teams to bring projects to life.
Key Responsibilities:Lead the architecture, development, and optimization of modern web applications using React, TypeScript, and related technologies.
Collaborate with UX/UI designers, backend engineers, and product managers to define and deliver outstanding user experiences.
Translate project plans, wireframes, and user stories into actionable development tasks and timelines.
Set coding standards, conduct code reviews, and mentor frontend team members.
Champion performance, accessibility, and responsive design best practices.
Ensure the maintainability, scalability, and performance of the frontend codebase.
Stay ahead of frontend trends, evaluate new tools and technologies, and help guide architectural decisions.
Work with product leadership to scope features and contribute to the technical planning process.
Coordinate with DevOps to ensure smooth deployment pipelines and frontend build processes.
5+ years of professional experience in frontend development.
Strong expertise in React, including Hooks, Context API, and component architecture.
Proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3/SASS.
Solid understanding of frontend tooling and workflows: Webpack, Vite, Babel, ESLint, etc.
Experience with state management (Redux, Zustand, Recoil, etc.).
Understanding of RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL.
Proven ability to interpret product specs/project plans and lead the execution on the frontend side.
Experience working with version control systems (e.g., Git).
Strong communication and leadership skills; ability to mentor and guide junior developers.
