Transforming Youths Into Adults (TYIA) is excited to announce an upcoming celebration in honor of Pride Month, and we’re inviting dedicated and creative volunteers to help bring it to life!
We’re hosting an Adult Game Night that will not only celebrate the vibrant spirit of Pride, but also honor two special milestones-our Executive Director’s 50th birthday and his daughter’s recent college graduation. It’s a beautiful time to reflect on personal pride, community, growth, and achievement-and we want you to be part of making it unforgettable.
We’re looking for volunteers to assist with:
Event planning and coordination
Game setup and activity stations
Décor and Pride-themed ambiance
Music and entertainment ideas
Hospitality and guest engagement
Clean-up and breakdown
If you have a passion for creating inclusive, joyful experiences-or just love a good game night-we’d love to have you on our planning team!

Mission Statement
At Transforming Youths Into Adults, our mission is to change the landscape of homelessness for youth in foster care with connections to community support, life skills, education, and access to wraparound permanent housing services.
Description
Independent Living Services
We provide housing for foster youth accompanied with various trainings to assist with their transition into society as adults.
PRP Services
Psychiatric Rehabilitation is a set of holistic services we offer to assist and support individuals who suffer from debilitating mental health conditions. PRP services are an extension to therapy services and reinforce the psycho-therapeutic aspects of an individual’s mental health treatment by addressing what happens internally, mentally, and emotionally.
