Heart to Heart Hospice is looking for dedicated hospice volunteers for the Carleton area. We have patients in a local facility that are looking for a friendly face to visit several times a month. Volunteers can engage with patients through easy conversation, life review, music, playing cards, attending activities within the facility, and so much more. Our office is dedicated to help train you, and provide you with resources to help enhance your volunteer experience. Volunteers should expect to spend 2-6 hours per month spending time with their patients.

Description
Our Southgate office is looking for volunteers both in the clerical/administrative and patient visit capacities. We have a growing office with a very friendly staff and are seeking those who wish to give of themselves but are prepared to recieve far more than they give. Patient visits are completed in homes, nursing facilities, and adult foster care. We are very flexible and will work around your availability.
