Position Overview:

We are seeking a mission-driven Instructional Designer & Learning Specialist to help us shape the future of mentorship training and education. In this role, you will develop innovative, performance-based curricula and materials that support both in-person and virtual learning experiences. You’ll also play a key role in mentoring our mentors-providing them with coaching, development opportunities, and ongoing support.

Key Responsibilities:

· Curriculum Design & Delivery: Plan, research, design, and implement dynamic learning experiences-including in-person workshops, virtual classroom sessions, and self-paced eLearning-tailored to the needs of mentors and mentees.

· Content Quality Assurance: Review, refine, and monitor all educational materials and curricula to ensure they are accurate, inclusive, and aligned with our mission and values.

· Mentor Development: Provide coaching and mentorship to our mentors, supporting their growth and fostering a community of continuous learning and support.

· Collaboration & Innovation: Work closely with program staff, subject matter experts, and community partners to ensure training content is relevant, engaging, and impactful.

· Qualifications:

· Background in instructional design, adult education, or curriculum development. Experience in a nonprofit or youth-centered setting would be desirable, but not mandatory.

· Experience creating and delivering training across multiple modalities (in-person and virtual).

· Strong writing, editing, and quality assurance skills.

· Passion for mentorship, equity in education, and youth empowerment.

· Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
