Career Development Program Developer
Love music? Love helping people grow? Join us! The DMV Music Alliance is a nonprofit dedicated to uplifting the local music scene by supporting artists, industry pros, and creatives. We’re looking for a Career Development Program Developer to help musicians level up through workshops, mentorships, and career resources.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist in planning career-boosting programs & events
- Connect with artists, industry pros & educators
- Keep things organized & running smoothly
- Be the go-to support for program participants
- Research the latest industry trends to keep our programs fresh and impactful.

Founded by DMV area music professionals FOR area music professionals, the DMV Music Alliance is a grassroots, non-profit, volunteer organization. It’s goals are dedicated to bringing together the organizations and individuals from all facets of the regional music ecosystem, all genres, and all communities across the DMV, so that together we can develop the services, resources, networks, and tools needed for both our regional musicians as well as our regional industry professionals - from every area genre, role in the industry, background, and area - to grow their careers in music here in the DMV.
