Are you a creative wizard who knows how to collaborate with AI tools like Canva, Adobe Firefly, or Midjourney to whip up stunning, scroll-stopping visuals? We want you on our team! The DMV Music Alliance is on the hunt for design-savvy volunteers who can bring our message to life through bold, fresh, and music-loving visuals.
What You’ll Do:
- Create graphics for social media, events, marketing campaigns, and more
- Collaborate with a fun and passionate team across time zones
- Use AI tools to generate visuals that vibe with our brand
- Brainstorm cool concepts that celebrate music and community
- Help shape the visual identity of DMV Music Alliance
What You Bring:
- Experience with design tools (bonus if you use AI-powered ones!)
- A great eye for color, layout, and style
- Availability to meet in Eastern Time
- Love for music, creativity, and good vibes

Founded by DMV area music professionals FOR area music professionals, the DMV Music Alliance is a grassroots, non-profit, volunteer organization. It’s goals are dedicated to bringing together the organizations and individuals from all facets of the regional music ecosystem, all genres, and all communities across the DMV, so that together we can develop the services, resources, networks, and tools needed for both our regional musicians as well as our regional industry professionals - from every area genre, role in the industry, background, and area - to grow their careers in music here in the DMV.
