Got a creative mind and killer editing skills? We're looking for a Video Editor who can turn moments into magic through compelling, scroll-stopping videos for Reels, Shorts, and more. If you’re obsessed with storytelling, transitions, and trending audio, this gig’s for you!
What You’ll Do:- Create eye-catching videos to promote events, artists, and community stories
- Pitch and execute creative video ideas that elevate our brand
- Edit short-form content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, etc.
- Stay on top of trends and help us stand out in a crowded digital world
- Fluent in Adobe Premiere, CapCut, or similar tools
- Based anywhere-but cool with hopping on ET-time meetings
- Passionate about music, visuals, and community vibes
- Overflowing with ideas and energy

Founded by DMV area music professionals FOR area music professionals, the DMV Music Alliance is a grassroots, non-profit, volunteer organization. It’s goals are dedicated to bringing together the organizations and individuals from all facets of the regional music ecosystem, all genres, and all communities across the DMV, so that together we can develop the services, resources, networks, and tools needed for both our regional musicians as well as our regional industry professionals - from every area genre, role in the industry, background, and area - to grow their careers in music here in the DMV.
