ORGANIZATION: American Red Cross - National Headquarters

We are seeking dedicated volunteers with extensive knowledge and experience in strategic procurement to provide thought leadership to the American Red Cross strategic procurement senior leadership team.

This position will play a crucial role in supporting our non-profit’s mission by leveraging their expertise to optimize procurement processes, reduce costs, and enhance supplier relationships. Focus Areas of Expertise include Stakeholder Engagement, Spend Control and Visibility, Supplier Performance Management, Risk Management, Sustainability, Compliance.

Commit 4-6 hours per month with flexible scheduling 9-5 ET M-F. Required qualifications are a minimum of ten (10) years in supply management or a closely-affiliated area, extensive experience in strategic procurement, passion for supporting non-profit initiatives, submission of a resume and willingness to comply with current public health and American Red Cross policies.
