The Legacy Link, Inc. is seeking a Data Management Intern to assist with the management of client data for the Senior Community Service Employment Program (SCSEP), a federally funded statewide program that helps older adults become employable through paid job training assignments. The Data Management Intern would receive HIPAA, Cybersecurity, and platform specific training so they may effectively assist with the entry, management, and streamlining of data operations. The position is flexible and can be hybrid.

Primary Platforms:

· Salesforce (Data Collection System; National Council on Aging)

· Grantee Performance Management System (GPMS; Department of Labor Case Management Platform)

· Cumulus Care (National Council on Aging)

· Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)

· Adobe Acrobat

Primary Tasks:

· Data entry into Salesforce and GPMS systems with attention to HIPAA and Cybersecurity protocols

· Data auditing and error reconciliation

· Maintain accurate records utilizing excel spreadsheets

· Electronic and paper file preparation including dating, organizing pages, and scanning

· Durational limit notifications including certified mailings

· Communications with SCSEP program clients and supervisors to gather reporting information and arrange required visits

· Progressive responsibilities based on proficiency

Requirements

· Background and drug screenings

· Detail-oriented

· Computer proficiency including Microsoft Suite and Adobe experience

· Minimum typing speed 35+ WPM
