Volunteers play a very important role at Festival Napa Valley. Their generosity as community housing hosts provide essential support for our summer educational programs and their work as concert ushers allow our public programs to take place in a safe and organized way. Special projects and programs year-round also benefit from volunteer support - we are always eager to learn more about the unique skills and professional backgrounds of our volunteers.
We work hard to ensure that volunteers have a positive and productive experience performing their volunteer duties. We believe behind every successful Festival Napa Valley program, event, and performance is a team of dedicated volunteers.

Volunteers are required to attend the 2025 Summer Season Volunteer Orientation at CIA Copia on Saturday, June 21 at 10am. - We have multiple volunteer opportunities from July 5 - July 20. There are various positions available at multiple events. Shifts are from either 3.5hr to 6 hours
