Every child deserves a safe, permanent, and loving home - and you can help make that happen.
We are looking for compassionate, dedicated individuals to serve as CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates) volunteers. CASA volunteers are trained community members who are appointed by a judge to advocate for the best interests of children who have experienced abuse or neglect. You don’t need to be a lawyer or social worker - just someone who cares deeply and is ready to make a difference.
As a CASA Volunteer, You Will:
Get to know the child you’re advocating for
Gather information from caregivers, teachers, and others involved in the child’s life
Make recommendations to the court to help the child find a safe, permanent home
Be a consistent, caring presence during a challenging time in a child’s life
What We Provide:
In-depth training (no prior experience necessary)
Ongoing support and guidance from experienced staff
The chance to truly change the trajectory of a child’s life
What We’re Looking For:
Adults age 21+ with a passion for helping children
Strong communication skills and reliability
A commitment of about 10-15 hours per month, typically for at least one year
Why CASA? Children with a CASA volunteer are more likely to thrive - they receive more services, perform better in school, and are more likely to find a permanent home. By becoming a CASA, you’re giving a child a voice - and sometimes, that makes all the difference.
