The Knowledge Exchange (TKE) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit founded by a diverse team of

for the majority of people. TKE exists to deliver holistic, evidence-based educational
services that empower individuals and promote lifelong learning, fostering an inclusive
global community. We are an organization united in the singular purpose of engaging
our community in lifelong learning, and we’re looking for like-minded individuals to help us continue in our efforts!
Position Summary:
The Knowledge Exchange is seeking a creative, detail-oriented volunteer to support the
Chief Marketing Officer in driving forward key marketing and communications initiatives.
This is a fully remote opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to an organization
committed to expanding access to knowledge and education.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development, updating, and content management of the organization’s website
  • Create and schedule social media content across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.
  • Support email marketing campaigns and monthly newsletters
  • Contribute to the design and production of marketing materials (e.g., flyers, presentations)
  • Help ensure consistent branding across all communications
  • Research market trends and outreach opportunities
  • Track and summarize engagement metrics for digital campaigns
  • Provide general administrative and project support to the CMO
Qualifications:
  • Interest in marketing, communications, or nonprofit work
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with website platforms (such as Wix, Squarespace, or WordPress
  • Comfortable using tools like Canva, Mailchimp, or similar platforms
  • Proactive, organized, and able to manage tasks independently
  • Collaborative spirit and willingness to learn

Description

The Knowledge Exchange is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization that promotes educational equality by providing affordable tutoring and workshops to anyone in need.

We are a diverse group of professionals in many fields such as education, engineering, healthcare, business, and finance. We specialize in K-12 education (general and special ed), select college topics, college prep (applications and tests), and personal coaching (resume writing, taxes, personal finance, physical training). Guest instructors will also occasionally offer workshops to share their field of expertise.

To build a sense of community in our students, we also encourage all students to volunteer with their instructors in many volunteer events hosted either by The Knowledge Exchange, our partners, or our affiliates.
